The digital work behind the event

For HEGD 2026 at World Trade Centre Kuala Lumpur on 22–23 July, Fibernatic’s event account describes its role as Official Tech Partner. The brief brought together the event website, attendee check-in and live presentation support: separate touchpoints that needed to work together on the day.

Give attendees a useful starting point

The event website brought schedules, speaker information and event details into one place. An event site needs clear content, mobile-friendly navigation and a plan for traffic around registration and event days. Keeping information consistent helps organisers reduce repeated attendee questions.

Connect QR check-in with attendee records

Fibernatic deployed a QR scanning workflow to verify attendees and generate name tags at the venue. Connecting registration records to arrival checks reduces the need to search manually through lists. A useful check-in plan also accounts for unreadable codes, changed details and attendees who need assistance.

Prepare presentations for the stage

The team supported PowerPoint sharing and display systems during live sessions. Presentation support requires preparation across file formats, slide changes and the venue’s screens. Rehearsals and a clear handover between speakers help the technical team respond when a programme changes.

Plan the complete event workflow

Treat the website, registration, arrival and stage as connected parts of the event brief. Identify who owns each handover and test the process before doors open. Talk to Fibernatic about the audience, venue and workflows for your next event so the technical scope reflects the experience you need to deliver.
